Delivery

After payment has been completed and confirmed, the product will in principle be available for download immediately. If a system failure or other circumstances prevent immediate delivery, we will in principle aim to provide the product or take the necessary action within 24 hours. Downloadable ZIP from the completion page in the browser used for payment. ONEAORA does not send a purchase or download email. That browser can download again for 30 days after payment; each file URL lasts 60 seconds.

Refund

Cause-specific remedies. The 14 days (336 hours) from the first paid record are a request period, not an unconditional guarantee; statutory rights remain. No proof of non-download is required.

Payment / application

Credit card through Stripe, processed at purchase. No special application deadline. Internet/data charges are borne by the purchaser. No physical shipping.

ONEAORA will aim to take the necessary action within 24 hours under the published delivery and refund conditions. You can check the status on the purchase-completion page and contact ONEAORA with your order reference.

ONEAORA does not send purchase emails. After payment, download from the completion page in the same browser and keep the order number shown there. For another device, cleared cookies or after 30 days, contact support@mail.oneaora.com with the order number and the email address used for the purchase.
